What can I say? I've started going to university in October again. After dropping out of the Business Studies programme I was really worried wether I'm not good enough for university or if Business Studies was just the wrong choice. Well, let me tell you... dropping out of Business Studies was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm studying German and History now and I love it. I love staying in the library to look for relevant literature and I even love doing the assignments. I hope it'll stay that way. I'm super happy about the school situation right now. Yay!

In other news I've fallen in love with Beyoncé. The I Am...Sasha Fierce album is so... fierce! I'm honestly gutted I didn't like her that much when I had the chance to see her live in Berlin, but hopefully she'll come touring some day again. I'll definitely be there if that happens! As for now I keep on watching her The Beyoncé Experience tour DVD. Just wow!

Christmas is coming up and I'm kind of excited for that. I love Christmas! I already bought some presents and will buy more on Monday. Have I mentioned yet that I love shopping? Well, I LOVE SHOPPING. I even get excited about buying nice ballpoint pens etc. - yeah, I'm weird like that! Not to mention my addiction to bookstores. I love spending hours there, looking at the books, smelling the paper. L.O.V.E.!

PS: What are you reading at the moment? I'm reading The Time Travelers's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger.

2009 is truly a terrible year.

1) I'm really sorry for the lack of posting @ LJ. I've been busy with university and life in general. I'm sorry.

2) I'm too tired and too lazy to post anything meaningful/interesting, but I have two things to share. First thing is: I can't go to the Backstreet Boys concert Nov 23rd because of various depressing/complicated reasons and I'm kind of p*ssed off because of that. At least I managed to sell my tickets at Ebay for almost the original price. Secondly, the new BSB video:



I just got a hold of that today, even though its been released 5 days ago and OMG, I love it. It made me smile immediately, even though I was really annoyed. <3 I just love the boys. <3 Nick looks so lovely in it, holy crap! I don't care what anybody says, all I have to say to the BSB haters etc.:

So, since I promised to post some photos of my travelling ~extravaganza~ I figured I could use my current state of incredible boredom to upload some of my London photos. :) Most of them aren't that brilliant, mostly because at most places there were 437590378 other tourists trying to take pictures, so I had like 2 seconds to take mine, but oh well. :o) I'm sorry to annoy you with another 23529 references, but Michael's spirit was all over the city. <3

And since I've recently fell in love with One Tree Hill again, I decided to name all my entries after songs from now on. Hee hee. I love that they always name their episodes after songs, so I thought I'd nick that idea from them. They better release season 6 in Germany soon or I'll die from One Tree Hill withdrawal. And no, I'm not exaggerating. :o)

That's quite a surprise, isn't it? I've disappeared because I first went to London for a couple of days and then to Berlin for 2 1/2 weeks. I'm back now and as soon as I have sorted out a mess I call ~real life~ I'll post a few photos. I promise. :)

In other news, I've managed to get fabulous "This Is It" tickets. I'm not sure if I'm excited about it or not because I'm so torn about that movie but I didn't want to miss it and then regret it for the rest of my life. Lame excuse, I know, I know. :/

I've been spending money like crazy lately, I just decided to ~fuck the crisis~. So I've bought ~back to school~ clothes & shoes, Madonna's "Celebration" & the Backstreet Boys' "This Is Us" albums, both the deluxe editions (of course, ha ha, I'm just crazy like that) and I love them both. Plus after 3 months it's kinda nice to not listen to MJ 24/7 and cut it down to 12/7. Ha ha! I also bought 6 books or so, I think 1 of them is a flop but the others seem to be really good. Yeah.

School starts on Monday and I'm totally unprepared which is quite scary. I seriously need to buy some school stuff tomorrow and I need to set up my email account for school... PLUS I need to find out how to get to that damn college, since I've never been there before. Oh dear, I should've done stuff like that earlier but it seems like I prefered traveling through Europe. C'est la vie. :)

People, I'm so annoyed. I'm going to move back to my hometown and today the company that takes care of moving all my stuff is supposed to deliver all the boxes and stuff, so I can start packing. They'll deliver them sometime today. It's 2 PM here and they still haven't delievered them or at least called me to tell me when they're going to do so. So, while it's 27°C outside and sunny for once, I can't leave my apartment. And since I just arrived from visiting my parents last night I don't have anything in my refrigerator besides a bottle of beer, butter and toast. I'm incredibly hungry and so mad. They better make it before 3 PM or I'm going to ring them up to ask them what's up with the boxes. They cannot seriously demand anybody to stay at home for 12 hours to wait for a couple of moving boxes, can they? I'm so tired, too, because I arrived at 2 AM last night, but I don't want to take a nap because I'm worried I won't here them ringing.

On a lighter note I received the official Michael Jackson 2010 calendar while visiting my parents. Hee hee. I love the choices of the pictures and little Michael on the back of the calendar is super duper cute. The quote is incredibly sad and beautiful at the same time. I can't believe I already received it since the publishing date was stated with 1 September 2009 on the website I ordered it from. 

Boring post is boring.

Okies, so I went shopping today. People who know me, know that I'm majorly obsessed with my CD collection. Whenever I go into town I need to check out the CD stores. I just can't walk by without having a look at their stuff. So, today my sister and me decided to go into town "just to have a look". Well, you know how that ended, ha ha!

I know I'm pretty much just spamming all the time, but I don't really care. I went to the Filmpark Babelsberg with my sister yesterday and it was pretty boring tbqh. The highlights were the studio tour and the stunt show... and me finding a Michael Jackson poster in the merchandise store, ha ha! They actually had 3, but I could only afford one. Meh. :/

Oh, and we watched MOONWALKER last night. That movie is... special. Ha ha ha ha ha! I had a hard time not feeling as sleep, sorry Michael! The highlight of the video definitely was the kiddie version of BAD. How cool is that little kid impersonating Michael!?! Awesome! We need gifs from that video! Srsly! The movie is so 80s it hurts, LOL.

So, yeah, that was my pretty pointless post. I hope you enjoyed it anyways. :P

This is my 18766562 attempt to keep up with my LiveJournal, I hope I'll be able to do so from now on. I can't promise anything though. ;) Today (07 July 2009) is, as most people probably know, the memorial for the King Of Pop, Michael Jackson (29 August 1958 - 25 June 2009). I've always been a fan of his music and can't really recall when it started. All I remember is rocking out to Billie Jean and Black Or White nearly 24 hours a day - lol. I went to his HIStory tour in 1997 and what can I say... I thought he was some kind of God when I saw him walking around the stage in his golden uniform.
